Hadassah first volunteered with Lubuto in July 2013 and joined as a full-time staff member a few months later. She started out as a Program Manager, responsible for data collection and analysis to evaluate Lubuto’s work, as well as administrative tasks and event organization, and now has assumed executive leadership of our Zambia Office. Hadassah holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Management from Ulyanovsk State University in Russia. While living in Russia, she worked as a counselor, function organizer, and English teacher at the Alliance Française de Togliatti and as a weather forecaster and cultural presenter for Reporter Television Station. Working with Lubuto has given Hadassah the opportunity to use her education and skills to serve the children of Lubuto and Zambia at large.
