LLP is exploring provision of free Internet in Lubuto Libraries with Airtel, the largest cellular provider in Zambia. As an initial gesture, Airtel contributed 40 copies of their publication "Ceremony : Celebrating Zambia’s Cultural Heritage", edited by Lubuto founding Advisory Board member Mulenga Kapwepwe, for the existing and future Lubuto Libraries.
